The domain name Amaira Interiors.com is registered in the name of Amaira Interiors, a Company registered under Companies Act 1956, whereas pursuant to demerger order dated 15th Dec 2017 issued by NCLT Mumbai Bench, “Amaira Interiors Business Undertaking of Amaira Interiors” stands transferred to and vested in Amaira Interiors which is a registered company under the Companies Act, 2013 having registered office at Karnal, Haryana, 122006.
